Sounds weird to have a favorite Valvoline, but this is it. I like the staff at all of them, but here they are especially friendly. I like the fact that I get to stay in my car, and I actually find that I do like to hear them doing their points check. They do always try to sell you something more (wiper blades, air filters, etc.), but I always tell them that's my husband's department, and then they leave me alone. I like the free fluids top off service, particularly with the wiper fluid. It is more expensive than most places, but you don't need to make an appointment, and then you're in and out. You can usually find a $5 off coupon in the yellow pages, valupak home mailers, or print them off the Internet. I like staying in my car and not having to hang out in a dirty service station. A few times I've had to wait up to 15 minutes here, but no big deal, and you get to sit in your car.
