Review content:
The Vivian Beaumont Theater, located behind the Lincoln Center "pond" right next to the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, hosts many gems of the Lincoln Center theatrical season. Because the theater is one of the newer ones in the Broadway family (despite its location 15-25 blocks north of the other ones, it is still a Broadway house and eligible for Tonys), it features some modern days comforts - there are plenty of bathrooms, a huge lobby (for drinking or snacking before the show and during intermission) and ample aisle room. Most seats have great leg room and the balcony is only a couple of rows deep, giving folks a good view. The first row of the balcony is significantly better for sight lines than many of the orchestra seats.
