A few months back in the late winter early spring of 09, There was one provider who had worked a double shift with the flu running a fever with over 12 children under her care, the children were restless and the babies were crying, the provider was called in even after she explained that she had the flu!!!!!! Out of the horses mouth. The staff will lie to cover there ends and they do not fallow through. The owner was misinformed and called one of the members a liar, when in actuality it was the staff who conjured up there own conclusion to cover there bums. Depending on who you are, there are times you are treated like a number. Pros: Convenient location Cons: Foul Communication/Poor Management/Shady Child Care
