Review content:
I was treated so badly by the staff at the FACE clinic it was unreal. I work nights, and got one hour of sleep before I brought my two dogs in to be neutered. I did not hear the female tell me to fill out the paperwork, I was snapped at for that, when I mumbled under my breath "it would have been nice if you had told me" another staff member told me "it is self-explanatory to fill out all blank paperwork". No it isn't. not in of work.
so when I got in to the exam room, I was venting to my daughter in my sleep deprived state that I would never come back and a male staff member told me if I did not like the way I was treated I should take my dogs and leave! I ignored him and told my daughter that I should call the shelter that recommended FACE to me and let them know how bad I was treated, the male staff member again told me I should take my dogs and leave. They are saving me money, so I could go elsewhere and pay more. At least four times when he was in the room he told me I should take my dogs and leave.
Not to mention the wait was way too long, they did not mention when I made the appointment how long I would be there.
If you can afford it, got to a "real" vet who will treat you and your pet(s) better!!!
