Review content:
We bought a large 3 bedroom 2 bath condo here in the 1980s right after it was built. So I spent many years here until I graduated from high school. I don't know what it looks like now, but as a teenager, I LOVED it. I babysat for everyone in the building, so I earned extra money that way. It had a small but nice pool right by the water (I still have the scar on my chin from diving in), a running/walking track above the garage, 2 racquetball courts, a weight room, 2 locker rooms, a HUGE party/common area, tennis court, you name it. We always had a great view of the water and the fireworks. Right next to Ferdinand Marcos' property, which I heard is now developed LOL. I just loved how close it was to everything, right across the street from Spohn and about 1 mile away from school, and right next to Cole Park, Oleander Point for the windsurfers, and that beach. And the neighbors were great!
