My cat, Yvette (17 years old) needed a special thyroid treatment that required a 4 day and night stay at Dr. Norsworthy's facility. I was able to call every morning and late afternoon and consult with the technician caring for my cat. I frequently spoke with Stephanie who was so nice (and patient) to me and I was reassured daily that Yvette was doing well and eating normally. Yvette is home now and is her usual demanding and loveable self and I feel I made the right decision to go forth with this treatment. I have tremendous confidence in Dr Norsworthy and the people working with him. While Yvette receives excellent care, I receive a lot of consideration and believe they all sincerly care for my pet.
Pros: Most knowledgeable Vet and caring staff.
