Review content:
The service here is super friendly (I know Saturn is known for this, but I think the people in Natick are condescending). However, I question the quality of their work since a couple of times we've taken the car for service and left the shop with new problems (one time we actually got pulled over for a malfunctioning tail light when we were driving home from the dealership! Last time they fixed a "noise" that I didn't hear until driving home from the place -- so I just don't know). What's nice is that their waiting area is so clean and comfortable (free popcorn and coffee, cable TV and comfortable leather seats). They're friendly for car purchases and not too much pressure.
