Review content:
Overall experience was good, no complaints. However, I called and requested a Master Stylist and when I got there it was a totally different person than I was told on the phone. This ended up being just a regular stylist. If I was to be picky, would say someone with more and/or better experience would know that when your ends are lighter and very dry you shouldn't leave the color on them just as long as the rest of the hair, or better yet, use a lighter color on them because that?s the part that "takes" the most color deposit. I'm still on the hut for the perfect salon in the STL.
Pros: Nice Salon, good atmosphere, very good day spa
Cons: Upscale Salon/Day spa, overall knowledge and techniques AVERAGE
