Review content:
I got everything I hoped for - and more. Yes, it was expensive, but I feel I got what I paid for. Two ladies took their time consulting with me, showing me lots of pictures, until they felt they knew what color I had in mind. I was impressed by how many pictures they had to show, which is sometimes the problem with cuts and color:
you have something in mind, but don't know quite how to convey it to your stylist. I like how they "dry cut", which makes sense since your hair hangs differently when it's dry. And when I let the stylist know that my hair doesn't grow very fast and was nervous about having too much cut off, she delivered by only taking off what was absolutely necessary. Bottom line - compliments, great color and style, and a repeat customer.
Pros: Lots of attention, desire to please, nice atmosphere.
Cons: Took a little while.
