Review content:
The rooms are absolutely amazing. The hotel is serene and feels very private. But they have a problem with service so major that I don't know if I'd continue to stay there if it wasn't my company's preferred LA hotel. I mean, I love the personal attention that I get as a frequent guest - they have some extraordinary people on staff like Christine, Octavio, Brian, and the bar waitress who's going to law school - who are world class, never hesitating to go that extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. But I feel more corners cut every time I stay there. Food prices go up, quality goes way down. Spa isn't great. Just paid $90 for the worst in-room pedicure ever. L'Ermitage, all I can say is, please step up the service quickly and make more world class hires, or you might lose that fifth diamond! Pros: Fantastic rooms, free high-speed net, a few great staffers Cons: , late night bar staff
