Tina has been doing my hair for 11 years and I am so happy with her, the whole experience, and the PM products I use. She totally listens to me and also offers her opinion. She is extremely nice, a perfectionist with my cut and color and I cannot imagine her being rude to a client. In fact, I have witnessed her being extremely patient with a rude client before and she was professional all the way. Yes they do believe in their product and she tells me what she uses and then leaves it up to me if I want to buy. I have always felt informed, but not pressured. The people there LOVE their profession and it shows.
