Review content:
They showed up five and a half hours after leaving my old house for what was a two hour drive. When I asked where they had been they were evasive. They told me they would be directly there and I raced back so as not to hold them up.It was dark and I was exhausted when they arrived and a big percentage of things ended up on the wrong floor, leaving me to lug it all around over the next few days.
When they arrived they put our bicycles out on a city sidewalk and started to walk off into the apartment to check out the stairs.I had to tell them not to walk off and leave them (it was dark and they were sitting right by the sidewalk where anyone walking by could just jump on a bike and peddle off.)
They said the truck was weighed and it weighed enough that meant I had to pay the very highest end of the estimate but they gave me no documentation. I signed off on the bill but have been fuming over the past days. I just wondered what they were doing all those hours with my stuff and why after paying a lot of money so I wouldn't have to lift heavy stuff I am left carrying it around (from a basement storage up and down one and a half flights of steps).
Cons: late, didn't care where they unloaded
