After our initial meeting, I found the opportunity to work with you and Louise via continued emails and phone calls were very pleasant. The timeliness of your responses was much appreciated. These contacts helped you and Louise provide a degree of personalized service far superior to larger stores I have experience with. I felt in constant touch and never had any lingering questions while I was "in process". Highly recommended!
