Businiess name:  Burger King

Review content:
I recently ate at Burger King in the Tannasborne Shopping Center with my kids. We had a horrible experiences. There were a total of six things wrong with my order, the biggest, of course was that all three kids meals did not have toys. I had to keep going back up to the front to get things fixed. Finally, when I found that an item in my meal was incorrect (I'd ordered grilled chicken for my salad and got crispy), I was so sick of asking them to fix things, I just forgot it and ate the crispy. It was completely frustrating. I ordered a Caesar salad and it was around $4.60. I basically had a bowl of ice berg lettuce with 6 small grape tomatoes and some little bagel chips instead of croutons. There was a very nice heap of on top, but for nearly $5 I was not impressed. The play area only has about 4 tables in it, and it's pretty small. We were not able to sit in the play area, and there wasn't even a place for me to really stand in there and watch my kids. It was horrible. I couldn't wait to get out of that place. In fairness, I have eaten there 2 times before and did not have so many problems, but I think this recent experience is enough that I won't be going back to this Burger King. The one on Cornell and Bethany Road is hardly ever crowded, and has a newly remodeled dining area. And although there is no play area, if you can't even get in a play area to play in the first place, what's the point!!!
