I think that Wal-Marts are going downhill. In mosts cases the items that they have for sale seem to be of lesser quality than target and mroe expensive. the stores are dirty and the staff is rude. Whay would anyone shop here? They're 24 hours tahts why. If you need something at 2am, which seems to always be when i need somehting, this wal-mart is your place. 9am? Go to target.
