Review content:
While the jewels and jewelry are of the finest quality at Highlands Jewelers, Charles Stuart and his customer service personnel have also struck me as quite snobbish. I never feel welcome or wanted when I'm in this store. I spoke with Mr. Stuart about appraising the jewelry in my collection. I felt his price quote was too high and it would have taken 2 1/2 months before he could get to my appraisal. That wasn't acceptable to me.
