We have purchased two homes in the past four years from Century 21 Advanced All Service Realty in Sebring. Our first experience of working with Jean Eckman began with looking at internet listings and a call to Jean on New Year's day. We had two days in the Sebring area and Jean made our vacation home come true. She showed us 18 homes in those two days and eight of them met all of our needs. Jean walked us through what we needed to do and was always available to answer our questions. At the end of the second day of working with Jean we signed our contract to purchase. Jeans attention to our needs and vast knowledge of the area and market made for an enjoyable real estate experience. When we decided to retire to Sebring, we again worked with Jean to find a suitable (larger) home which would meet our full-time needs. This time, we worked with the team of Jean Eckman and Lora Todd. Jean and Lora had seven homes which met the needs of what we were looking for. By the end of the first week we wrote a contract.
I don't think either home buying experience would have been as easy or enjoyable if we'd worked with any other Realtor.
