It's been a while since I have gone to Bodymaxx, but what I learned and became changed my life forever. I had always wanted to know what it would feel like to be in be in the best shape of my life and they were able to help me achieve that goal. They use a personal one on one training method, but for people that never had results and want them this is the best method to do it. I was totally ignorant about what it took to get in shape which includes diet, exercise and attitude. I actually trained with Raphael who is no longer with us, but I know Boba and the other trainers very well. They use Raphael 's philosophy and their own techniques to get the most out of you for every workout. If you want results this is the place to go. If you want proof, look at the site for Maxx Bodies and I am Nick. If it weren't for them, I would have never had a chance to meet my wife. I think I can honestly say that with a straight face. Raphael once told me, "What you learn here you will be able to take with you the rest of your life." At the time I that was a bit hokey, but know I now it is the truth. I know exactly what to do and how to do it to get in shape. So if you are serious about getting in shape, but never could, this is the place to go. It might be on the expensive side, but trust me it was worth every penny and more. Thank you Body Maxx, Boba and especially Raphael wherever you are for making a change in my life for the better!!
