Definitely NOT your basic cookie cutter gym (like Ballys or 24hr Fitness) Friendly atmosphere with staff who are knowledgeable and eager to help you achieve your goals, whether you're just getting back in shape, or training for a film or event. The trainers are interested in you succeeding in your goals. My results are obvious and undeniable!
