We went to Rent A Center to get a sleeper sofa in December.
The manager was very nice. He showed me what he had in stock and I did not like it, so he described to me another one that was available in another store, I said it sounded better and he went to get it for us and delivered it to us.
We love the set and are paying a great price on it weekly.
The store is very clean and the employees are very friendly. You always get a hello when you enter the store and they talk with you while they are looking up the information on the computer. You have a choice of either paying in person or by phone and they do go out their way to help a customer
