Review content:
Tanger Outlet Center is located on Route 30 in Lancaster, PA. I prefer it a little bit more than Rockvale, which is about a mile down the road. The outlets here are slightly more upscale and have lots of designer stores. Be aware that not all stores here are outlets, like Bath and Body Works. Know your prices, sometimes you will not find any bargains.
