Review content:
We have brought all four of our pets(2 cats and 2 dogs) to Animal Hopital of DePere for their care. Animal Hospital staff are very caring and go above and beyond with their care. Our pets are like our babies and last year we had 1 of our schnauzers in really bad health. He had been dealing with seizures for many months and we finally felt we had some control over them and he got an infection in his eye. We took him and and found out that he was diabetic and in really bad health. We didn't know he was diabetic and we found out that he had some bad complications and he was too weak for the treatments. In the three days he was there he lost 4 pounds. We made the upsetting decision to put him down to end his suffering. Dr. John left his IV in and covered it and let us bring him home for a few hours so we could spend his last hours at home. Then they met us back at the clinic at 9pm to put him down. We held him and stayed another hours with him. He went peacefully in our arms. Dr. John and the staff took good care of him and had him cremated for us. Their staff so caring, they sent us a card and didn't charge us to put him down because they had always cared for him. Words cant describe how great these people are.
