Good: Great consultation on phone before she asked for me to lock myself in to a calendar date. There are times when extra matting or eye stain treatment throw the price up some, but really this place has the most famous training in NE part of state and for that, the cost is great! She can change the cut length according to the time of year and she has experiencing with terrier hand stripping that keeps the hair texture spiky and shows off personality.. Bad: One person working only, and if she has to be in Birmngham Vets hosp for an appt or something, the day is out of commission & no way to reach her.. Improvements: Possibly have a substitute groomer on hand for if she has to be away or emergency.. Other: I've been taking my dog to Mrs. Perry for four years and have fund her to be the most honest and artistic groomer I've ever trusted with my baby. I have a yellow Heinz57 close to a broken-coat Jack Russell terrier, and this groomer understands that he is more than a critter to me; he is my family. She providex excellent care, knowledge and products on hand if his feet are inflamed or butt itchy. I have used the shop through the years and been thrilled with the results..
