Although from the outside, it looks like a formal sit-down restaurant, it's actually more like a fast food joint, but that's just as well. Their lunch specials are dirt cheap, and are also rather delectable! You can choose from a variety of spicy northern Chinese dishes such as "fish flavored eggplant," kung pao chicken," and "four seasons green bean." I've tried just about every item, and I haven't had a bad experience yet!
For a grand lunch experience, just order to go, and head on over to Quickly tapioca next door. Order a milk tea or green milk tea, and just chill outside on the terrace.
