Review content:
I'd shopped Penny's in the past and never was impressed, I think they've really turned things around. I love shopping here. They have a great selection (although not huge) of clothing and shoes that I love. It's all on sale constantly which I don't like but the prices are good. The staff here is friendly and helpful and the store is usually pretty clean. The dressing rooms can be a bit depressing but I have yet to go in looking to buy something and come out with nothing.
