Review content:
I found this shop around Christmastime and have used their skills several times already for gift items. They are very professional in their embroidery work, telling a customer exactly what to expect with a finished product. Three times I have been thrilled with the result of my embroidered product, and once they flatly told me that the idea I had in mind for them to put initials on - would not work - instead of doing it and then me being unhappy with the result.
