Review content:
I really like the fact that the people they send out are actually their employees rather than subcontractors. There's a certain amount of added accountability in that. I had them clean my carpet, the upholstery of my dining chairs and sofa, and also an area rug. I was pretty satisfied with the work they did. Their techncians were friendly and seemed to WANT to give customer satisfaction. They explained the charges to me thoroughly beforehand. Thus, there were no surprise charges at the end. I will most likely use this company again.
