Rose Ann Cloud (Rozan) was elected to the SPCP (Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals) Board of directors in March 2007. The SPCP is the largest governing organization in the world for Permanent Cosmetics. In March 2009 Rozan has the distinction of being elected their President. It is Rozan's great honor to represent this global organization locally as well as internationally.
Rozan insists on the highest standards of safety. She implements the same medical sterilization standards and procedures adhered to by physicians; in accordance with the Center for Disease Control.
Rozan has earned a solid reputation for her attention to detail and outstanding client care. She is recommended and referred to by seven (7) different physicians in the Bay Area.
In 2006 Rozan successfully passed the “CPCP examination” to receive her credentials for the prominent classification of “Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional”. At the time of Rozan’s testing, she became 1 of only 20 permanent cosmetic technicians in the entire State of California to have this distinction!
