Review content:
Outback Steak House in the southwest side of Fort Wayne is difficult to find. It is located on Coventry Lane in the Coventry Plaza. You will need to go around the rear of the plaza to find the restaurant that is located at the extreme end near the movie theaters. The service at this restaurant ranks near the bottom of any restaurant in town. I was there after a business meeting at this end of town and during my dinner I witnessed the wait staff tearing the cushions out of the booth across from my table. They took the broom and started sweeping up the floor-all at the same time I am eating. Don't know about you, but if I want to watch someone clean house, I am not going to eat while they are doing it---nor do I want to pay for it. Disgusting. This should not done in any restaurant. The manager needs to do some training! Food here is chain quality good.
