Review content:
Pizzeria Uno is a chain based on the original Chicago pizzeria established in the 1940s. The decoration mimics the original restaurant with a tin roof and a sort of industrial styling. The deep-dish pizza takes awhile to cook, so allow at least a half hour of cooking time. The salads are good. The service is excellent here. Lunch offers specials of individual pizzas that are guaranteed to be served quickly or they are given free. Look for beer specials during certain days of the week. Dinners on the weekend can be crowded. Parking is free around the restaurant and in the rear lot at the extreme back of the complex.
