You have the option of making an appointment, just driving in, or dropping your car off overnight at the drop box. The parking around here isn't great, so if you're dropping off at night, plan to be creative.
I've used Mike's service team every time for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The few times I used someone else in town for service, I have regretted it and limped back to Mike to fix my mistake. He is very thorough and fair, and is not in the least pushy about trying to fix things that can really wait. When I first had problems with the hinge on my door, he told me what would need to be done and what was not likely to be necessary. I always feel that he's being fair and honest with me, and how often can you say that about a mechanic?
I've sent several friends here for service and even sales, I would not hesitate to use them were I sitll living in this area.
