Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The booking staff was extremely helpful over the phone, answered every one of my questions about their treatments & service staff. The building was very easy to find right off the Saw Mill (they're not kidding when they say "right off of exit 16" - it's right there!). The facilities are pristine and beautiful (the coolest lockers I've ever seen!), and my massage with Bruce Baltz was quite possibly the best massage I've ever gotten - and I've gotten quite a few in the past 20 years after a back injury. The only thing that I wouldn't even take a star off for would be the parking. The building shares its parking lot with a New York Sports Club, so if you're going on weekends, definitely try to get there a little earlier just so you can find a decent spot. The booking agent on the phone told me to get there early to park, I took her advice and found a spot quickly. I know what my friends and family are getting for Hanukkah - Oasis gift certificates! Pros: Everything!! Cons: Parking situation on weekends... but not a biggie
