Back in the day, my family and I loved this place. It is super, super crowded during the tourist season, and parking is strained, even with an extra lot. My family still makes me and my husband go with them to the Original Oyster House if we're all in town together! It offers seafood, obviously, but has some non-seafood items as well. It is on the pricier side at dinner time, but lunch rates are very reasonable. I went this past October, and the food was only "OK". I think it's a fun "traditional" place to go in Gulf Shores, but there are much better seafood places around (Doc's oysters are way better--just my opinion though!).
