Review content:
Disappointing atmosphere, wait staff and quality of food. Won't go back. We were in an upstairs dining room with tables too small for 4 and uncomfortable chairs. Unused chairs lined one wall and some sort of unused buffet table was left set up. The area rug in the hallway leading to the dining room was soiled. Although the ocean view was pretty it was tainted by the non descript patio furniture left askew on the outdoor deck area..some fall flower baskets or something would've been much more inviting! The wait person was border line cordial and distant and seemed harried. The food was plentiful but unimaginative and we never did get that second basket of bread! There were several staff standing at the exit area as we left and not one thanked us for our patronage nor asked how we enjoyed our dining experience. All important to first time diners. We're "local folk" and enjoy dining out often but Joseph's is off our list!
