I am in the process of looking for a new car. As we all know, going to a car dealership can be very intimidating. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted and treated like gold. I was able to take a test drive of the model I was interested in & was not pressured in any way. They took customer service to another level. The model I liked was not available, so the manager let me test drive his personal vehicle!
They gave me an estimate on a price sheet & also some booklets with info on the car. I am still trying to decide what vehicle I really want, but i know for sure I will be purchasing from Burns.
