Review content:
I have been hospitalized and had procedures here. All have been outpatient procedures. The checkin process goes very well--they have it down. The communication before the procedure is nice. The problem I have is when you're getting ready for your surgery and out of your surgery, you are among a bunch of other people and their families. I'm an asthmatic and very sensitive to perfumes and colognes. Family members had so much perfume on it caused me breathing issues and I got a rash. That was before I went into surgery--so they had to be concerned about me having an attack during surgery. They should tell visitors not to wear perfumes--it is a health issue for people like me and could cause complications. You'd think a health facility would be smarter about that. Other than that, the care has always been great. My nurses have been fantastic. Doctors have done well. I believe I got a follow-up call to make sure I was doing well.
