Review content:
Speaking as a 15 year member, management is starting to panic now that many other more up to date and cheaper gyms have opened in the immediate area. The Club has the highest dues, yet the equipment is old and poorly maintained, the locker rooms are filthy, and the place is just run down. In a quest for revenue, management has started to offer programs for non-members that affect dues paying members in terms of equipment and class availability, pool closings (for private parties and lessons), and security issues. Trainers used to be certified, in an effort to trim costs, they now advertise at Rutgers with ads stating "No experience necessary". The owners suffer from believing their own brochures rather than taking an objective look at this place versus other new gyms in Woodbridge and Edison. Its a shame - it was once the best, but those days are long over.
