Review content:
Driving through Weatherford usually means a stop at Craig's. This music shop has a huge inventory of guitars and amps that calls out to my husband anytime we are near.
Guitar shopping is pretty low on my list of fun things to do but I have learned this about Craig's:
*their prices are the same or better than alot of online store
*the employees have been around forever and know what they are talking about
*you can stay and play around to your heart's delight
*the store has huge devoted following
*frequently host live bands
*provide music lessons
*all would-be musicians want to live there and sleep with the Gibsons, the Martins, the Fenders, etc.
There is no need to drive into Ft. Worth to guitar shop and, in fact, Craig's gets a ton of business from DRW.
For wives, Craig's is deadly dull after about 10 minutes. Bring reading material or drop off your hubby and go antiquing one street over.
