Good: They came to me so I didn't have to venture out in LA craziness. Very knowledgeable, and Robert Portillo was super personable and friendly. He helped get my Mac set up with several programs, and rescued a Windows notebook from the dead. Its now working like a charm.. Bad: Everything was better than I expected, and the ease of experience and quality service makes me wish I had looked toward professional service sooner.. Improvements: None. Can't think of how the experience could be better..
