This is a great gym! It is not like any gym I have ever been to. I am a mother of three and there is something there for each of my family members. I do the cardo kickboxing and ab work outs. ( Which I have lost 25 lbs and have gone from a size 14 to a size 8 in one years time) My one daughter does the kickboxing with me and she is 16 years old, her sister who is also 16 does the cardio equipment and yoga classes, my son who is 20 does the wrestling and Jiu Jitsu and my Husband uses the weights and does kickboxing. Everyone one that works there is great, very helpful. I would recommend coming in and checking it out, try a free class that is what we did. I even did one of the women's self defense classes with both of my daughters. Pros: Not boring, something for everyone Cons: none
