Review content:
Some of the most simple things make a store less desirable. There have been several times when I have had to return or exchanges something, and was basically ignored while at the customer service desk. The employees talked and joked with each other during my transaction instead of focusing on me. I have also had to wait at the desk to the fitting room while an employee was on the phone or talking to a co-worker. This store also keeps very dirty bathrooms. Both my husband and I have experienced bathrooms we were scared to use every time we have gone into them. However, the rest of the store is neat and clean.
