Review content:
This place treats you like royalty if you purchase a brand new vehicle, so I had a very good experience during the buying process. However, I never heard back from my sales rep about fixing the scratch that was on the car – I had gotten the car for $5,000 less than sticker price and the scratch (that was barely visible to the naked eye) wasn’t important to me, but he did say he’d call to set up a time to fix it and never did. I think that is rude to say
you’re going to do something and you don’t, especially when I just purchased a $19,000 vehicle from you. They’re great to you when you’re buying the car, but afterwards, they want nothing to do with you.
