Review content:
I have a lot of mixed feelings about Goodwill. The idea is great. People give unwanted items to a store front, the store sells them for a small price and the proceeds go to help needy people. The truth is that they are still a business and the people in corporate are going to get their salaries first. I've noticed over the past few years that their prices are getting higher and higher. If they think that something is a collectible or a designer name they will jack the price almost to retail. I think that is ridiculous considering it was donated to them.
You can find nice stuff there but you'll have to look. If you're donating make sure to get a tax receipt.
