The Coach Store in Brea is a truly great store. The selection of modern and classic handbags, wallets for men and women, and accessories is incredible. When you first enter the store, a sales associate greets you no matter how busy the store may be they make sure to make you feel welcome. The service is incredible and the associates treat you like a friend or like you are family. The associates are so very attentive as you browse and as you check out. What makes this store so amazing is that a week after purchasing you receive a nice little thank you note from the friendly and helpful associate(s) that help you with your shopping experience. It is always a pleasant experience at the store because of the great customer service and welcoming environment. A+++
