Review content:
We have been to the Ugentcare clinic a handful of times. There usually has to be a wait because it is a walk-in clinic. The waiting room has always been sufficiently roomy for the amount of people there. They do get your vitals very soon to make sure you're not an emergency situation. The doctor we have gotten lucky to see every time is very knowledgable, always in a good mood, and never treats unnecessarily. He diagnosed me very quickly and got me in the hospital when I knew I needed that. He did the appropriate testing with the little bit of information I could give him. He is good with kids. The billing is never right with my insurance with the Urgent Care, but I probably would put the blame on my insurance, as they're usually the cause of problems in that area. They keep it reasonably clean and provide masks for coughing patients. Admitting staff has mostly been nice. A couple have been a little blah, but who can blame them.
