Review content:
This is the most expensive veterinary clinic we have ever been to. We are satisfied with the care we have gotten and the explanations we get concerning our pet's health. However, I always have given my pets their shots (except rabies), and have never had trouble getting documentation from past vets (because I buy from them) that I have vaccinated. I called about getting kennel service and nobody would take my pets because my vet would not tell them I vaccinated my pets. They told me it was my job to put the stickers of the vaccination on a paper. I never had to do that in other places that I lived, so I was unaware they practiced this way. Also, every time we have gone we have had to wait a very long time to be seen. Not only that, some of the reception people have completely ignored our presence at the counter a couple of times. That is very rude to me--not to greet a customer when they come up to the counter. They should at least acknowledge that they see them and tell them they'll be with them shortly. When we had to call the vet to our home for sick animals, we asked ahead what the fees would be. They never mentioned a "truck fee", which added a bit on to the bill we were not expecting. They provide good care, but their customer service and pricing could use some work.
