Review content:
Chateau Estates is so large that it is distinquished by park A and park B. The
first area is mostly older mobil homes and there is a nice swimming pool by
the managers office. They also have laundromats on the same premises. The
other area is brand new manufactured homes of higher quality. They have a teen
center. If you have kids you may enjoy living at this Chateau which is located
a little north of County Line and west of Green Street. The lot rent is somewhat
higher since it changed hands to new owners. Keep in mind you are also responsible for your own water bill.
