Review content:
I recently had an minor operation on my neck at that facility. The doctor started cutting before my neck was truly numb. When he was finished he sewed it wrong, said upps and had to take out the thread and do it again. Afterwards I was in real bad pain and the doctor didn't offer any comforting words or medication for the pain. A few days later my neck caught an infection and I had to be rushed to the emergency room, apparently he left some stitches open. Luckily the nurse help me out with pain. She told my husband how to "pack my neck to get it to close. Thank god for my husband and that nurse. I also had a bad experience at another Kaiser where the doctor insulted me because of my weight.
