Review content:
This gym is not very large but the equipment and facility are very nice. The locker rooms are small and there is no pool, running track or hot tub but for a smaller gym it is very good. There are lots of classes to take for various levels of fitness. Massage therapists are available for different types of massages at competitive rates. The location is conveniently located just off Silverdale Hwy and there is plenty of parking. The dues are a little pricey for what you get but overall the gym is a good value. The child care area is downstairs located by the cardio machines. It is great because from the cardio area and part of the weight area you can see your child through the glass wall dividing the exercise area from the childcare area. The hours for childcare are convenient and the cost is reasonable. It is a great place to work out for moms who have small children.
This gym has high quality facilities and though it doesn't offer as much as many larger gyms, what it does offer is very nice.
