I used to subscribe to The Dalles Chronicle until I got so fed up with them that I discontinued my subscription. No matter what day of the week you read this local paper, there are several typographical errors that makes you wonder what they were trying to say. The paper is printed Monday thru Friday and on Sunday. For local news or to find out about the current deaths in town, or to find out who got arrested up by the police that day this paper is for you. If you want a perfect paper, with no errors then the Oregonian is the paper to read.
